Alexandra Shull is a Government Affairs Consultant with hands on experience in advocacy at the local, state, and federal levels, specializing in the states of Delaware and Maryland. Prior to joining Alexander & Cleaver, Alex served as the Legislative Manager for the Maryland Port Administration where she managed the legislative portfolio for the Port of Baltimore. In that capacity, Alex was responsible for the development of legislative strategy, including policy positions, outreach to legislators, and coordination with special interest groups and intergovernmental agencies. She is an experienced Governmental Affairs Manager with a demonstrated history in maritime and transportation policy. In addition, she previously served as the Chief of Staff for Senator Johnny Ray Salling (R – Baltimore County) and also worked for two Republican Delegates. Overall, Alex has nearly a decade of legislative experience before state and local government.
Alex is a graduate of Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland where she studied Political Science. She resides in Annapolis, Maryland and spends her spare time enjoying the great outdoors and volunteering for the Zeta Tau Alpha Foundation which raises funds for breast cancer education and awareness.
