Aubrey Mirkin joined the firm in 2016 and is licensed to practice law in DC, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Her legal practice focuses on business and corporate law, as well as estate planning and probate administration.
Aubrey works closely with clients on matters related to business and corporate law; including, but not limited to, contracts, leases, and agreements.
Aubrey's estate planning practice is centered upon assisting clients with the implementation of an estate plan that fits their individual needs. Aubrey drafts Wills, Powers of Attorneys, Medical Directives, HIPAA Release forms, and Trusts. Aubrey assists clients through the probate administration process when a family member passes away. Her goal is to make the process manageable for her clients so they can focus on healing after the loss of a loved one.
Prior to joining A&C, Aubrey worked for Altman & Associates, a boutique estate planning firm in Rockville, Maryland. During law school at the University of Baltimore, Aubrey interned at the Baltimore County Circuit Court with The Honorable Robert E. Cahill, Jr.
Aubrey enjoys spending time on the water with her rescue dog, Lily. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and running.
