S. Whitney Cleaver joined the firm in April 2009. Prior to joining the Alexander & Cleaver team, Whitney worked as an intern for Senator Benjamin L. Cardin on the Senate Judiciary Committee on Capitol Hill. Before that she worked as an intern for Steny H. Hoyer, Majority Leader of the US House of Representatives. She also worked as a summer associate the United States Attorneys Office in Baltimore and at DeCaro, Doran, Sicilian, Gallagher & DeBlasis.
