Matthew J. Youssef, a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, passed the Maryland State Bar Exam in November 2009 and was sworn in December 2009. He clerked with Alexander & Cleaver since February of 2008, assisting the firm’s legal efforts in every area of practice with emphasis on litigation and procurement protests/appeals. Matthew’s outstanding legal skills afforded him the opportunity to be granted a special exception to handle tax controversy cases before the United States Tax Court through the University of Baltimore’s Tax Clinic. Matthew also interned for the Honorable John Addison Howard in the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, while in law school.
