Matthew J. Youssef, has assisted the firm’s legal efforts in every area of practice with emphasis on business corporate matters, contract litigation, government contracts and green buildings. He has also lectured and written on Maryland’s Green Buildings laws.
Matthew regularly works with a variety of small businesses in forming corporate entities and facing the day-to-day challenges of maintaining a successful business by assisting with the legal challenges, licensing, permitting, and employment issues.
During law school Matthew handled tax controversy cases before the United States Tax Court through the University of Baltimore’s Tax Clinic and interned for the Honorable John Addison Howard in the Circuit Court of Baltimore City.
Matthew demonstrates his commitment to his community by continuing to volunteer with Boys Hope Girls Hope of Baltimore where, prior to law school, he served as a residential counselor for inner city teenage boys in the group home.
