Denise Bowman is a Senior Associate at the Law Offices of Alexander & Cleaver. She joined the firm in 1990 and practices in the areas of business corporate litigation and transactions; government, ethics and campaign finance compliance (federal, state and local); economic development; procurement; and representation before administrative boards and agencies.
Denise regularly advises corporate clients on implementation and development of policies and procedures to assure ethics and campaign finance compliance. Denise speaks extensively throughout the state on lobbying, ethics and campaign activity. She contributes articles of legal significance to a variety of legal, professional and community publications.
Acknowledging her commitment to women’s business issues in her community, Denise was awarded “Woman of the Year” by Southern Prince George’s Business and Professional Woman’s Association.
