Denise Bowman is a Senior Associate at the Law Offices of Alexander & Cleaver. She joined the firm in 1990 and practices in the areas of business and corporate transactions and litigation; government and ethics and campaign finance compliance, and economic development. Denise advises clients on all aspects of ethics compliance and handles all of our registration and activity reports.
Denise regularly contributes articles of legal significance to a variety of legal, professional and community publications and has spoken extensively on laws regulating lobbying, ethics, and campaign activity.
Acknowledging her commitment to women’s business issues in her community, Denise was awarded “Woman of the Year” by Southern Prince George’s Business and Professional Woman’s Association. In addition to her professional involvement, Denise is a Girl Scout Troop leader and organizes the firm’s softball team. Denise lives in Calvert County with her husband and two children
